These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Labezra Technologies’ website and services.
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Quotations remain valid for 10 days from issuance.
100% advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services are limited to the agreed scope. Additional work will be charged separately.
Timelines begin after payment confirmation and receipt of all required client materials.
Minor revisions are included. Major revisions may incur extra charges.
The client must provide timely content, approvals, and access required for project completion.
Final deliverables are transferred after full payment.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Labezra is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers.
Labezra Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
All project-related information shall remain confidential.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
